a super stay!
central location breakfast selection helpful staff
I adored the central location. It really puts you in the heart of everything! the breakfast selection was awesome, it had lots of delicious options. i also found the staff genuinely helpful and very kind, a great touch!
the elevator was a bit slow at peak times.

The hotel features a rooftop terrace which includes a small pool. It had about ten lounge chairs. the pool is available from 9 am to 7 pm, i was told. there is also an on-site restaurant that served local cuisine.

My room had a king bed and a small seating area. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and provided complimentary toiletries. They included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. it also included a mini-bar, i must say!

the reception was staffed 24/7, i noticed. the breakfast service was a la carte, you could order things such as eggs and bacon. the staff also provided a packed breakfast when i had an early departure!

the hotel is situated right in the city center near the river. it is within walking distance of many restaurants and tourist destinations! the area is very lively, yet my room was surprisingly quiet.

The location was central, a definite plus. The breakfast selection offered many options. Staff members were generally friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel provided a funky modern design, i liked it.
The hotel rooms could benefit from deeper cleaning to maintain higher standards.

excellent location close proximity great breakfast small room unexpected washroom water issue
the location was excellent. i found myself right next to the river. i had very close proximity to everything. the breakfast was very good.
the room could be a little bigger. the washroom was not quite as expected. water kept running out of the shower area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. It was the best breakfast. The hotel packed a breakfast for us to take with us when we left early in the morning to catch a flight.
The internet was slow. The wifi signal in my room was weak. The sink did not drain well.

a la carte options helpful staff quiet location
i especially liked the breakfast. the a la carte options were nice (the omelets were fluffy!). the staff was helpful. they offered good air conditioning, very important for me, and the location was quiet, though near bars.
